Order And Payment

How can I place an order?

Choose the product(s) you would like to purchase by clicking “Add to cart”. At this stage, you may either continue shopping or place your order. When you are done shopping, go to your shopping cart and click “Checkout”. Fill in your contact information shipping address. After that, choose the shipping method and continue to pay. Fill out your bank account information, choose your billing address and place your order. 


How do I know my order is confirmed? 

Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email. Please check your junk email or spam folders if you cannot find it. Otherwise, please Contact Us and we will be able to resend your confirmation email to you for your reference. 


How can I track my order? 

You will receive a Track and Trace number upon shipment. The shipping is delivered by PostNL. 


Where do I add my discount code? 

On the Shopping Cart page, you will see “Discount” under order summary. You can simply enter the code here before proceeding to Checkout. If the code is not working, please check it has been spelled correctly and no extra spaces or characters have been added. 


Can I amend my order? 

If you want to amend your order, you can always try to Contact Us and we can cancel your order. However, we are unable to cancel or amend you order once it has been placed. You can return your order once you have received it, please find further details on our separate page Exchange & Returns


How can I pay?

We accept all major payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and IDEAL. 

Please note IDEAL is only available to customers in the Netherlands. 


Who do I contact about my invoice?

If you have any questions about your invoice, please Contact Us quoting your order number.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do ship worldwide and prices on the site are shown in local currency.

 

What shipping options do you have?

Should I expect to pay VAT, taxes or other fees when placing an order?

All specified prices, delivery costs or other costs are including taxes, VAT & other fees within the European Union. However, orders from non-European Union countries may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges. These charges are payable to the customer and we do not currently cover this cost. 


Returns And Refunds

How do I return my item? 

Please find further details on our separate page Exchange & Returns. Our return period is 14 days and starts from the date you receive your order. 


Can I exchange my item? 

Please note we do not accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


What do I do if I have received the defective/wrong item?

Please Contact Us immediately with a picture of the product, and will help you with the next step. 


How long does my return and refund take? 

We aim to process all returned orders within 14 business days. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 

Please note shipping costs are not refundable, and international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for orders returned to us from outside the European Union. 


Care 

How to care for my jewellery?

Always store your jewellery pieces individually, preferably in your LESS & MORE pouch so that they do not rub together, scratch or tangle. Your jewellery should be kept in a dark, cool and dry place.
