Exchanges & Returns

 

At LESS & MORE, we want you to feel confident in every purchase — whether it’s jewellery or artificial flowers. Each piece is carefully selected with quality and longevity in mind, but if something is not quite right, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

The 14-day period starts from the day your order is delivered.


Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be unworn and unused, and kept in their original condition. This includes all original tags and packaging, as well as proof of purchase. We kindly ask that all items are returned with care, especially delicate pieces such as jewellery and artificial flowers, as they are designed for long-term use, styling, and display.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (or within 48 hours of delivery).

We will carefully review the issue and offer a suitable solution such as a replacement or refund where applicable. Please include clear photos when reporting an issue so we can assist you efficiently.


How to Return Your Order

Before sending any item back, please contact us to request return approval.

Once your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return parcels.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please return your original order first. Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that additional processing time may apply depending on your bank or payment provider.


Order Cancellation

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, it may be cancelled upon request in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.


European Union Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days without giving a reason.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with packaging and proof of purchase.


Shipping Responsibility

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed return shipments.

Shipping costs, import duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
