Exchanges & Returns
At LESS & MORE, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality jewelry. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days. For in-store purchases, the 14-day period begins on the date of purchase. For online orders, the 14-day period begins on the day you receive your order. Please find our Exchange & Return policies for both in-store and online purchases below.
In-Store Purchases
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
In-store purchases can only be returned in-store within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and without any visible defects. Earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons. Only bracelets, necklaces, rings, and hair clips are eligible for return or exchange. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Faulty Items
If you discover a fault in your items, please notify us immediately, or up to 48 hours after purchase to arrange an exchange or refund. If you notify us after 48 hours, we cannot guarantee that the item was purchased faulty, and therefore we cannot offer a return or exchange for your items. We advise you to carefully inspect your items before leaving the store to avoid any issues.
Online Purchases

Online purchases can be returned either in-store or through post within 14 days from receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons. Return Process by Post
- Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact us to initiate the return process. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Online Purchase In-Store
You also have the option to return items purchased online at our physical store. Simply bring your item in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase, to our store, and our team will inspect your item and assist you with the return process.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will evaluate the issue immediately and provide a suitable solution.
Exchanges
First, return the original item. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For merchandise shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us.
Responsibility
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. International customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for orders returned from outside the European Union.
